Japanese Language House
The best way to learn Japanese in Cornell is to join the Japanese section of the language house (Anna Comstock Hall on North Campus). I was a member for over half of my time at Cornell and benefited immensely. You can speak Japanese 24 hours a day (including while you dream) there. Even if you aren't a member, you can join in dinner tables, events, tea hours, and if you're lucky , the yearly weekend adventure trip. This years native speaker is Yuko Hori.
Dinner Schedule:
MON. 5:30-6:30 Balch
TUES 5:30-6:30 Risley/6:30-7:30 Tea Hour in Anna Comstock
WED 5:30-6:30 Balch (Free Bonus into Dining Hall day)
THURS 5:30-6:30 Risely
FRI 5:30-6:30 Balch
Fees: $45 a year for live-ins.
